Day 1

Your tour takes you from Harwich to the Hook of Holland on an overnight sailing. No meals included on board this ferry

 Day 2

After disembarking we will take a low mileage and scenic coastal route to the pretty university town of Groningen, and maybe take a walk to the vibrant main square before dinner in what is one of our favourite hotels.

 Day 3

Leaving our hotel we will ride out of Holland into Germany, to our seconf hotel in the Hamburg area, Germany. Evening meal & parking included.

 Day 4

After our  overnight stop near Hamburg we ride into Denmark and head to Puttgarden where we take the ferry for a short sailing  to Rødby and then ride through the picturesque landscape of the islands of Lolland and Falster to the island of Zealand and the small capital of Denmark, Copenhagen where we spend the night.  Our ultra-modern hotel is located on an artificial lake in central Copenhagen (Vesterbro) and is only one train stop from Tivoli Gardens and about 10 minutes walk from the fashionable  Kodbyen district. Your bike can sleep safely in the hotel garage. Evening meal included.

 Day 5

An exciting day today as we leave Denmark behind and cross the stunning Øresund Bridge on the way to Sweden! This famous 16 kilometre-long bridge links Copenhagen and Malmö and is the setting for the detective sorty of the same name. Supporting a motorway and railway, travelling from Copenhagen to Malmö, the largest city in Skåne, over the Øresund Bridge takes just twenty  minutes. After arriving in Malmö we will enjoy a pleasant ride across Sweden to the town of Jönköping on Lake Vattern, where your evening meal & garage parking is included.

 Day 6

Another pleasant day today past the lakes and forests of Sweden for our overnight stay in the capital, StockholmEvening meal & parking included.

 Day 7

Enjoy a morning at leisure to explore this compact city before heading to the port in the afternoon for our overnight sailing to Turku, Finland (ferry departs at 1930 hrs). We settle down into our inside cabins with private facilities (sea view cabins at a supplement and on request) after enjoying the on board facilities.  Dinner at your discretion.

 Day 8

Upon arrival in Turku at 07:00 we ride across Finland to our Helsinki hotel with a brief stop at the unique Church in the Rock on the way. The afternoon is free for you to explore at leisure or maybe enjoy a famous Finnish sauna! Evening meal & parking included.

 Day 9

Morning at leisure to relax a little after a busy few days. At lunch time we will head to Helsinki port and take the afternoon  ferry for the two hour crossing  to Tallinn, Estonia. Our 3* hotel is conveniently located near the port but only a 10 minute walk from Tallinn’s medieval Old Town. Just next door in a sister hotel you can enjoy a relaxing sauna (fee applies).

Once we have checked in at the hotel we will have a walking tour of Tallinn followed by dinner in a medieval style restaurant. We make our own way back to the hotel (approx. 1.1km walking distance or take a local taxi).

 Day 10

After breakfast we leave the small city of Tallinn behind and head out to Parnu on the coast where we will make a stop for a little stroll along the beach. Onwards then to Latvia and the capital, Riga where we stay at a 4* hotel on the River Daugava close to the old town. A walking tour will be followed by dinner in a local restaurant. We make our own way back to the hotel (approx. 1.5km walking distance or take a local taxi).

 Day 11

After breakfast we head towards another country – Lithuania! Upon arrival at our 3* hotel we check in and then take a tour of old town Vilnius followed by dinner in a local restaurant. Transfer back to our hotel is included.

 Day 12

After breakfast we have a leisurely ride towards the Lithuanian coast and the port of Klaipeda, where the Baltic Sea meets the Danė River. The small old town features German-style, 18th-century wood-framed buildings and cobbled streets and is worth exploring before take our overnight sailing to Kiel (Germany). Dinner at your discretion.

 Day 13

Breakfast included on board, other meals are at your discretion. After a relaxing day at sea we arrive into Kiel at approximately 17:00, and will ride to our nearby hotel set just back from the waterfront to enjoy a night in north Germany. Evening meal & parking included.

 Day 14

After breakfast we will ride along the north German coast and head into Holland for our last hotel stay of the tour, back at Groningen. Evening meal & parking included.

 Day 15

To the Hook of Holland for our overnight sailing to HarwichNo meals included on board this ferry.

 Day 16

Morning arrival in Harwich
